Samagri Cancellation and Refund:
The refund for samagri will be done on the below given terms and conditions:
- When the samagri is damaged in the transit.
- When the samagri is delivered in an unusable condition.
- When wrong samagri is sent.
Customers are requested to check the contents as soon as they receive the samagri and report any discrepancies with the photo images. All our packing is done under strict supervision. In case of any issues, we will check and if we find that we have sufficient evidence to prove that we have sent all the relevant items, we will not be liable for any loss of the products.
Any damage to the package should be brought to our notice immediately with photo images of the damage.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment in 7 working days.
All queries related to Refund & Cancellation are generally replied within 2 business days. If there is a delay the customer will be informed. Especially when there is external dependency like checking with payment gateway/ courier services / or any other agencies to be done.
