Mode of Pooja Explanations:

Distant Pooja: Pooja will be performed by panditji without physical presence of devotees, panditji performing Pooja video will be sent to devotees.
Online Pooja: Pooja will be performed by panditji with presence of devotee through online mode
Offline Pooja: Devotee will be physically present for pooja at mandir or ghat.

Terms and Conditions

Pooja Cancellation:

• 7 days before pooja date - Full refund
• 5 days before pooja date - 50% refund
• 2 days before Pooja - No refund

Payment Terms:

• 50% advance payment for all offline pooja (physical presence of devotee at mandir / ghat)
• 100% advance payment for all Distant and Online pooja
